I think Samsung’s next-generation Galaxy S IV is somewhat like Samsung Galaxy Express which have been recently announced in Korea that was back January, the Galaxy Express is Samsung’s way to bring LTE to everyone. That means, a fairly capable handset that’s almost similar to the Galaxy S3 with a wide variety of LTE support at a more affordable price.
The Samsung Galaxy Express sits between the Galaxy S3 and the Galaxy S3 Mini. LTE support for 800MHz, 900MHz, 1800MHz and 2600MHz ensures that a lot of carriers will be able to carry it.
