In an early days, if we heard Acer, the first thing comes in our mind is, "Ah it's all about laptop". And today, changes is taking place, as technology and computing needs changes, Acer product innovated. Acer have been launch recently it's first Smartphone, the Acer Liquid C1 smartphone to be powered by an Intel Atom processor.It's Intel, I think we expect more from it, so let's continue and find out what are they, what makes as excited about.



What makes Acer Liquid C1 Differ


Unlike other Smartphones from Samsung, HTC, Xperia,and other leading Acer Liquid C1 comes with Intel Atom processor based Android smartphone. Acer Liquid C1, hold the title of being the first Intel-based processor in the country, (Philippines) and expect to fill local market shelves. Acer Liquid C1 is equipped with 4.3 inches qHD at 540 x 960 resolution display screen monitor with a good pixel density of 256 ppi. And also, Acer Liquid C1, utilizes an IPS technology. However, unlike most smartphones, the Acer Liquid C1 viewing angles are found poor, but the display is sharp and has good color reproduction.



Design


The front view of Acer Liquid C1 found VGA front facing camera which is intended for video conference only and below are three capacitive buttons and microphone. Acer Liquid C1 smartphone first impression, it is similar with lenovo A800.Also it comes with microUSB port, volume rocker on the right side, headset jack and power or lock button right on top. The Acer Liquid C1 back we have found here a 8 megapixel AF camera with LED flash, the Acer and Intel logo, and the speaker.



Performance


Like other Smartphone nowadays, Acer Liquid C1 currently runs under Android 4.0.4 Ice Cream Sandwich. However, unlike LG Android phones, the Acer Liquid C1 has no Jellybean update yet but but were looking forward for that. Powered by a single core 1.2GHz Intel Atom Z2420 Lexington processor and supported with 1GB of RAM system memory keeping Acer Liquid C1 things running smoothly and deliver great user experience with mobile devices.



Verdict


Overall, the Liquid C1 deliver smooth mobile and great mobile experience and textured back feels good in the hands and adds some extra grip.
