What is cable Internet access?


Cable Internet access is a broadband connection that uses the same wiring as cable TV. To use cable Internet, you need an account with a cable Internet service provider (ISP) in your area. The ISP usually provides any necessary equipment, and often sends a technician to set it up for you.
