Top 10 Worst Laptop on Earth

Thursdays, November First, Holiday, and no one in office except me and other colleagues, an IT people in the organization because there’s no such Holidays or Special occasion with us. We need to come up early, go to office and support the operation in the field. Before we gone through, I belong to a retail sales, advertisements, service, and banking organization, a group of company best to describe.

 

 

No one in office except me and the guard on duty, alone in my cubicle with my smart pc from Samsung gear up with windows 8 pro, my smart phone, my laptop issued by the company, and my car key.

 

 

I’m a bit bored scanning around the servers finding something to do, hunting bugs, reading wrong grammar entry, till I come up to the server were all laptop for service, have a problem or failures, customers unit return, and with malfunction nor factory defect. It comes an ideas to sum-up all defect per brand accordingly.I come up with an idea Top 10 laptop brands with malfunction. This laptop are under category of netbooks, notebooks, and ultrabooks.

 

 

The master file dated January 2012 to present and I only pick the Top Brands and Best Selling Brands, ignoring those laptops brands with an slow moving rate, although most of this slow moving got higher defect ratio with 3:1, 3 laptop sold 1 got defected, this brands are; Neo, E-machines, and a lot more other.

 

 

First, HP Laptops, the top one with most laptop with defect and malfunction, in 100 pieces laptops sold 33 are not satisfied, customers bring back the item to store and ask for replacement or unit need to ship to service center for repair. From the master file, HP Laptops common problems are as follow, motherboard malfunction, Hard Disk Drive Malfunction, Damaged Memory, Hinges, and Graphics Card.

 

 

Second, Gateway Laptops, second from the top with defect and malfunctions, in 100 pieces sold 29.8 customers comes not satisfied, customers bring back the item to store and ask for replacement or unit need to ship to service center for repair. From the master file, Gateway Laptops common problems are as follow, motherboard malfunction, Hard Disk Drive Malfunction, Damaged Memory, Screen blurring, and Graphics Card.

 

 

Third, Acer Laptops, third from the top with not good customers feed backs and an inconvenient truth third with most defects and malfunctions, in 100 pieces sold 29 customers comes not satisfied, a bit lesser than with Gateway problem. From the master file, Acer Laptops common problems are as follow, motherboard malfunction, Hard Disk Drive Malfunction, Damaged Memory, Screen blurring, Keyboard Keys, DVD-ROM malfunctions, and Graphics Card.

 

 

Fourth, Lenovo Laptops, fourth placer with malfunction and defects, sorry to me I’m using Lenovo Laptop at this moment, actually my personal laptop is lenovo i7 and my gift to my wife is also a Lenovo. Well it’s life, back to business, Lenovo according to master list, from 100 piece sold 28.9 are suffering problems and defect as follows, motherboard malfunction, Hard Disk Drive Malfunction, Damaged Memory, and Graphics Card.

 

 

Fifth, Dell Laptops like other four brands Dell Laptops from Dell Computer hit the fifth place with lot of defects and malfunctions. According to the master list, in 100 pieces sold 27.9 customers are suffering problems and defects as follow, motherboard malfunction, Hard Disk Drive Malfunction, Damaged Memory, Ethernet Controller Malfunctions and Graphics Card.

 

 

Sixth, Mac Book or Apple Computers got the place number six with most defects and malfunctions. Master file say that on 100 pieces sold 26.4 customers are not satisfied and suffering problems and defects such as, motherboard malfunction, Hard Disk Drive Malfunction, Damaged Memory, Ethernet Controller Malfunctions, Graphics Card and DVD-ROM defects.

 

 

Seventh, Samsung Laptops got the seventh place with most defects, malfunction and problem. Samsung is bit better than with its rival, the Apple computers, an inconvenient for apple computers. Like the other, in 100 pieces sold 24.1 customers suffer problems and malfunctions as follow, motherboard malfunction, Hard Disk Drive Malfunction, Damaged Memory, Screen Blurring and Graphics Card.

 

 

Eighth, Sony Laptops hit eight place with malfunctions, defects, and problem. With 100 unit sold, 24 customers are suffering problems and defects as follow, motherboard malfunction, Hard Disk Drive Malfunction, Damaged Memory, Ethernet Controller Malfunctions, Screen, Keyboard, DVD-ROM, Hinges, and Graphics Card.

 

 

Ninth, Toshiba Laptops hit number nine place from the top, like with the other, out of 100 Toshiba customers, 20 of them suffering problems and defects as follow, motherboard malfunction, Hard Disk Drive Malfunction, Damaged Memory, and Graphics Card.

 

 

Tenth, Asus Laptops hit the least spot, Asus is Tenth placer with defect and malfunctions as well as problems. The master files says among 100 customers of Asus Laptops, 18.9 of them suffering defects, malfunctions and problems as follows, motherboard malfunction, Speakers Annoying Sounds, Sound Card, Hard Disk Drive Malfunction, Damaged Memory, and Graphics Card.

 

 

The defect, problems, malfunctions is due by many circumstances such as misuse and malwares.
