Marketing Strategy - Good, Better, Best to upsell and creating more money

Always upsell if you think the product your customers intends to buy doesn’t fully answer their needs. Upselling that builds an answering a customers needs increases customers satisfaction and can make you more money or profit!
Knowledge of the products you are considering for an upsell, and the benefits they can offer your customer, is critical.
Always relate the upsell to the customers previously discovered needs – otherwise the customers will feel you are pushing something they don’t need onto them, which risks the entire closing of sale.
For example, your customer is interested in watching movies on their laptops; ask them this question in order to upsell but not jeopardize the entire sale  “Would you like to look at a notebook laptop with a larger screen – so you can have a better viewing experience when watching movies?”
