Mathematics in Action for High School and College

Mathematics is a common language around the globe, whoever you are and whatever language you’re using, math formulas are all the same. For innovation mathematics is a very important tool, from creating new invention, mathematics is a main tool. Even in our daily lives we are using mathematics, from buying goods in the market, paying a fare on busses or taxi, this are all done with mathematics.

I wonder why most of kids, students, and even grown up, hate mathematics. I remember way back high school I don’t want this also. It’s a kind of out of this world figure, an alien words, anti-social subjects I though. But for the needs, I try to figure it out, follow formula one by one, step by step, from the very beginning till I understand these alien words and told to myself this is great, I now know how to solve problem in front of me, learn to love it and not hating it anymore.

Now would you believe if I said mathematics is very easy, simple, and lot of fun? I think, many of you may say YES it’s easy and much more than many would say NO mathematics is not fun. Mathematics is really hard if you’re not understand its laws and direction to get what you’re looking for or to solve a certain problem. Because, mathematics have a lot of rule to be follow, and to understand this you have to try solving a problem, understand it step by step procedure and keep in mind all its laws.

 One more thing, good in math is not actually a nerd who is wearing thick glasses.
